Summary of Key Points
- What we collect: Information you give us directly (such as your name, email address, billing details, communications, and any answers you choose to share in our surveys), plus limited technical information collected automatically when you visit our site.
- Sensitive information: Some of our student surveys ask about health, stress, and trauma. We collect this only when you voluntarily provide it and only with your explicit consent. You are never required to answer these questions to use our Services.

Payment information
When you purchase a course through our course platform, Thinkific (using its T-Commerce checkout), your payment is processed by Thinkific's payment processor. Please review Thinkific's and its payment processor's privacy policies to understand how they handle your payment data.
Information collected automatically
Our website is built on Leadpages, which collects limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. This is used to understand site traffic and keep the site working. We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics trackers beyond Leadpages' native functionality.
2. Sensitive Information (Health, Stress, and Trauma)
Some of our student surveys ask questions about your health, stress levels, or experiences related to trauma. This is considered sensitive personal information (and "special category data" under European law).
We want to be clear about how we handle it:
- It is always voluntary. You are never required to answer these questions to buy a course, join our list, or use any part of our Services.
- We collect it only with your explicit consent, given at the point where you choose to share it.
- We use it only to understand our students' experiences, measure the results and effectiveness of our programs, and improve what we offer.
- We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the service providers described in Section 5 that store this information on our behalf.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time and ask us to delete this information (see "Your Privacy Rights").
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Provide, deliver, and administer our courses and Services
- Process your purchases and send order confirmations
- Send you emails you've subscribed to, and respond to your messages
- Measure results, gather feedback, and improve our programs
- Keep our Services secure and prevent fraud or misuse
- Comply with our legal obligations
Legal bases (for EU/UK users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — for sending marketing emails and for processing sensitive survey information. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the courses and Services you purchase.
- Legitimate interests — to secure our Services, understand how they're used, and improve them, in ways that don't override your rights.
- Legal obligation — to keep records required by law and respond to lawful requests.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only in these limited situations:
- With our service providers, who process information on our behalf so we can run our business (see Section 5).
- For legal reasons, if required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- In a business transfer, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Our Service Providers
We rely on the following third-party platforms to operate our Services. Each processes your information on our behalf and under its own privacy commitments:
- ActiveCampaign — email list management and marketing communications.
- Thinkific (including T-Commerce checkout) — course hosting and purchase processing.
- Leadpages — website hosting and native site analytics.
We encourage you to review each provider's privacy policy. We have Data Processing Addendums in place with these providers where required.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies through the Leadpages platform to make the site function and to understand basic traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
7. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers store information in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with laws governing data transfers, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.
Where required, our service providers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect information transferred internationally.
8. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law:
- Marketing information — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
